MVMS - Happy National Counseling Week to Ms. Morrison!

Monday, Feb. 12, will be an incentive day for students who took the NWEA tests for Reading, Math, and Language and who either met the benchmark level or showed growth in specific areas. Notes are going home with students indicating whether your child has earned the incentive day, meaning they can stay home that day, or whether they will need to attend school that day.

MVMS - This week the MVMS Chess Tournament began in the library. Students are competing for a class winner. They will then move to compete for a grade level winner. Grade level winners will compete to crown the school champion. Good luck everyone!

Celebrating Red Ribbon Week in Middle School.
MVMS - Red Ribbon Week will be from Tuesday, October 24 - Tuesday, October 31.
MVMS-Parent/Teacher Conferences are Oct. 17 from 3:30-7:30,
5th and 6th grade students received Parent/Teacher Conference sign-up forms in their emails last week. Please log-in through your child's email and sign up for a conference time no later than Friday, Oct. 13. If you are having trouble accessing/submitting the form, you can email the teachers or send a note tomorrow with your child. Please include the time or a choice of optional times in which you would like to schedule your conference. The teachers will let you know when your conference is scheduled.
7th and 8th Grade Parent/Teacher Conferences Conferences will be on an open schedule, so no one will have a specific time for conferences. Please stop by and visit with teachers between 3:30-7:30.
