To the Parents or Guardians,
The Pfizer vaccine is seeking approval by the FDA for children ages 12 and order to receive the COVID vaccine. The Arkansas Department of Health is looking to administer the Pfizer vaccine to minors 12 to 18 years old. If this does come available to the Stone County Health Unit, we need to have an estimate of how many parents want their child to receive the vaccine. This will help the Arkansas Department of Health determine the amount of vaccine to send to the local health unit.
If you are interested in your child receiving the Pfizer vaccine, please call the Stone County Health Unit at 870-269-3308 by Friday May 14th by 4:00 PM.
